I’m happy with the level of customer care provided. Even though the transparent shell I wanted was out of stock, the seller offered a different colour shell and pledged to send the transparent one at a later date. The replacement transparent shell just arrived and I now have both colours.

As for the EZ Flash Air itself – note that it has a noticeably higher energy consumption than the EZ Flash Omega DE and a comparable Krikzz flashcart, which results in a shorter battery life of the Game Boy. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase.
